Nu-Trend Designer Homes Pty. Ltd.
was established in 1997 to market its home designs and promote the
sale of new homes, designed to suit the individuals property here on
the Sunshine Coast.
The company's main objective has been to
provide a Project Management Service to intending home owners by
co-ordinating construction of their home from concept to completion.
Awards:
Our company was honoured in August 2000,
by receiving the Housing Industry Association's prestigious
Sunshine Coast Award for the category $100,000 to

to the quality of the Master Builders affiliated with our
organisation.
Our commitment to excellence in designing
homes was further acknowledged in August 2000 when we were
commissioned to design and co-ordinate the construction of the
Channel 10 "Great House and Land" Giveaway, to be constructed at
Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast.
